You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate price data, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct or up to date. Prices are fetched from third-party retailer websites and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify the price on the retailer's website before making a purchase. WishlistWatcher is not responsible for pricing errors.
Some product links may include affiliate tracking tags (e.g. Amazon Associates). This does not affect the price you pay. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may earn affiliate commissions from your purchases.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Upon deletion, all your data including tracked items and price history will be permanently removed.

WishlistWatcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed price drops, incorrect alerts, or purchasing decisions based on our data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the dashboard.
